M&M Equestrian is located in beautiful Chester County, PA at Whitewall Farm.  Our facility in Honey Brook was created with the comfort of the horse and the rider in mind.  We are fortunate to have such a beautiful farm, which helps to foster the comfortable, family-like atmosphere we have worked hard to cultivate at M&M.

Whitewall Farm is a world-class equestrian estate rivaling anything you'll find in Wellington, FL or Tryon, NC! Set on 33.1 acres and accessed through a private gate, the farm includes a charming c.1741/1809, 3,952 square feet, 4 bedroom, 4.1 bath home, with an in-ground pool, antique stone bank barn, an 1,800 square foot 3 bedroom, 2.1 bath brick Tenant House, a custom designed modern Stable, a 100' x 240' outdoor ring, a stunning 100' x 200' indoor arena, plus numerous fenced pastures & paddocks. Whitewall Farm has it all!

The stunning 8,800 square foot Stable was built in 2007 and has 27 large stalls (each with water, electric & a grooming box), a large Tack Room, Office, Feed Room, and two Wash Stalls. There are 8 additional stalls in two shed rows.

Both the outdoor and indoor arenas have superior equifiber/euro felt footing (indoor is dust free!). There are 17 pastures, 12 with run-in sheds, and a round pen with screenings & rubber flooring. The spacious stone barn is in excellent condition and the two levels are used for machine and hay storage, though could easily be repurposed for a host of other uses. Additional outbuildings include a stone Summer Kitchen, a Spring House, Shavings Shed, Manure Storage and a Garden Shed.
